Own the #1 Bookkeeping Franchise
Your Territory

Plant your
flag.

Your territory is a defined market of at least 500,000 people, drawn on current Census data and locked for your whole term. You build your name there, and because the work is delivered remotely, you can sell as far as you can reach.

Guaranteed Minimum
500,000
people in population density, per territory.
Availability

Operating coast to coast.
The rest of the map is open.

Every marker on the map is a territory already up and running. Available territories are anywhere we don't have a location yet, so if your market isn't marked, it's very likely open.

Everywhere Else
Your market is probably open.

We're expanding nationwide. Prime metros, growing suburbs, whole states. If there's no BooXkeeping location, the territory is available.

How Territories Work

Your base.
Not your ceiling.

Your territory is where you build your local reputation. It isn't a fence around your revenue: bookkeeping is delivered remotely, so you can recruit and serve clients wherever you find them.

Sized for real demand
No fewer than 500,000 residents by the latest U.S. Census, drawn along contiguous ZIP codes or counties. Depending on density, a territory can be an entire state.
Boundaries that hold
We won't change your boundaries during your term, whatever happens to the population, and you keep them when you renew.
Serve clients anywhere
The work is delivered electronically, so you can recruit and service clients with offices outside your territory. Your borders define your market, not your limit.
Enterprise Account Program
An optional program. We negotiate national accounts, then generally assign the work to the owner closest to the account's place of business.
Territory designations do not convey exclusivity. You will not receive an exclusive territory: more than one franchise may be awarded within the same territory based on population density, other Network Members may recruit and service clients located in your territory, and you may face competition from company-owned outlets or other channels we control. Enterprise Accounts we identify are reserved to us and may not be solicited directly. See Item 12 of the current Franchise Disclosure Document for the full terms.
